The only reason this hotel is one star is because it wouldn't let me do zero stars. There were multiple policies that made you pay more. There were ants in our room that began to crawl their way up onto our tables chairs and entertainment center. The pool area was dirty and not cleaned. Leaves in the INSIDE pool. There was rust on everything in the pool area. It looked to be that there were zero maids in this facility. 1. There were ants like I mentioned earlier in the review 2. There was a bar of used soap in our bathroom 3. Stains everywhere including on the sheets. The manager 1. Denied me of freedom of speech ( which is a right that is given by the government) 2. Didn't say or do anything about the bugs in our room.

Hotel itself is quaint and cozy. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately it was an Att dead zone so I got no service and the Wi-Fi was awful too. Front desk explained they had been working with telecom company for months trying to get it fixed. So if staying connected to internet or making phone calls is important you may want to choose another hotel.
