Absolutely amazing experience. First time buyer at this particular dealership, and I was floored by the customer service we received, and the attention. I will definitely stay in business with this dealership for anything else in the future. I highly recommend Dean Dinning as a salesman. He was phenomenal to work with. We got a great and fair trade-in amount for our vehicle and the deals they have throughout the dealership are fantastic. They have a really big selection of vehicles to choose from and the staff is amazing. We were personally thanked twice by a couple of managers for stopping by before we even had decided to make our purchase there. Highly recommend Vaughn's as the dealership to go to!!
Interactions with salesperson (Tina) were excellent. Only minor disappointment was the amount of time waiting on paperwork and detailing. Overall, I am happy with the transaction and enjoying my new ride.

For anyone considering traveling to buy a car here, I have 2 words..Do it. I have to admit I was hesitant at the start. I was over 200 miles away but Vaughn's prices were so much lower than the local dealers. I wanted to shop local but they couldn't touch them. The local dealers warned me that this was probably a bait and switch and that they would low ball me on my trade in. Fact is, the price they quoted was the price I payed. No hidden fees or extra costs. They also gave me more for my trade than my local dealers had offered. The salesman, Danny and manager, Marcus were so straightforward with the process that I was confident enough to send my wife to complete the transaction. She said she had a wonderful experience.
