I had a friend who needed help. She ended up needing a tire and i was informed by her quickly about it. I had called rick at this location to discuss it and help out as she was a little short for the repair. As an asst manager of another auto shop in west des moines i saw how caring and upfront rick was about helping his customers that walk the his doors.
