This is by far one of the best car dealership around they are honest and will work with you the first time I but a car from here was back around when they first opened up I but a 2001 Valvo that I still have to this day was one of the best cars I have owned they gave me a good deal got for 1000 bucks and it's paid it's salf off then I but other cars from them and we're great cars and will do anything to help you. I just went back to by another car from them it's a 08 Tahoe and they gave me warranty on engine and transmission for 4 months plus extended warranty until I pay off my Tahoe all I need to do is have them change my oil I will recommend any body how is looking for a car and the best price to come here because you will not find another place better then this..
Sales rep I dealt with was awesome! Process of applying was fast & easy. Love the fact that they were not high pressure, like so many others out there.. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction ( trust me, I'm not an easy person either). I would recommend this business to friends.
We took our vehicle to get detailed. When we got it back, WOW! We were very happy with how nice it looked! It was like driving it off the showroom floor again! They take their time and make sure everything looks amazing. I would highly recommend a car detail from Pre-Approved Auto. As a bonus they were doing a promotion that gave us a free oil change also! We will definitely be coming back!!!
Totally loved the chevy Cruze I got from there, still a nice car. I wouldn't recommend getting a car from there though, I've spent more time and money fixing it than when we got it. Also, the people that work there could use some customer service lessons/how to treat customers.
This place does great work. We have been taking our vehicles there to get detailed for a few years now. They come back looking amazing. We live on gravel and our vehicles are usually pretty dirty when we take them in Kevin and Jen and their staff always get them looking great and get them done quickly. We will continue to use their shop in the future.
