Anyway. The sales department was great. I have hopes that my car will last me many years to come.
Went in to look/drive and came home with a new 2017 Toyota Corolla SE in silver. Jake Allen was great. Made the sale without being pushy. It helped that I really liked the 2 cars I drove, and had wanted one badly for quite some time. The 2017 sapphire blue Toyota Yaris IA was great, but missing a few options I was really wanting. (It did drive slightly better though. Rather, more like the Prizm I'm used to)

DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here, especially if it's a Tacoma frame recall replacement. They will give your truck back absolutely destroyed and undrivable.
Absolutely incompetent service department with horrible management.
Pretty much destroyed my friends truck on his frame recall. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Terrible service department.
Had my daughter's 2008 Ford Escape taken into the dealership today to get the electronic power steering checked out, due to reason it stopped working. Prior to taking it in I had found out there "was" a safety recall until Ford closed the recall, her vehicle was not on the recall list, but was manufactured at the same Kansas City plant as the others that had been recalled. Service department took car in, did the diagnosis and presented an estimate for nearly $2000.00!! I find it absolutely ridiculous! This is a safety concern and Ford should stand up take care of there customers, but evidently it's all about the all mighty dollar and the heck with safety and the well being of the poor people that are stuck with these lemons. I'm glad I was driving my daughter's car when the steering went out because she could have been involved in an accident or worse. I have been a ford customer for years and after this ordeal I'm done with Ford. As soon as possible every ford vehicle I own will be out of my driveway. I know I will not get a Clemons response but they want their two grand for a $56.00 part. (Looked it up)
