I really appreciate Randy reaching out in response to my review. The one star on a 10 minute visit I realize is way to harsh for what seems to be a great place so I feel a bump in stars is more appropriate. They must be doing something right to have a pretty solid positive feedback from customers.
I know nothing about campers and stopped in to ask about sway bars for the camper we were using for the first time. I didn't catch his name, but the red haired gentleman in the service department went above and beyond to help explain what I needed and how to install them. Perfect example of great customer service!! I really appreciate his help!

As some others have noted, All RV's are locked. The sales guy admitted he was new to RV sales but has car sales experience. He was instructed to go open up all of the Rv's I was interested in and then lock up when done. He opened 4-5 RV's and then asked if I wanted anything else. It might have been my perception but he seemed to have better things to do. I was there a total of maybe 10 minutes and he was ready to go do something else. They have some cool floor plans in some nicely built trailers but this sales guy needs to work on customer service. I had several others I wanted to see and I am a serious buyer but he didn't seem interested in earning my business by just taking a few more minutes to open up some trailers. He did not offer any information on any of the trailers. I'm sure I just got a bad salesmen but I don't plan to go back, bad first impression.
We bought a 2009 cougar 5th wheel. Mike F was great when we were looking.We found one we liked but had a couple issues. Mike told us they would take care of them. If you pay $290. So of course we said yes. We went to pick it up,because we were told it was ready. Drove 2.5 hours,and nothing had been done. So finally after quite some time, Mike F showed up and said he forgot to tell them what needed done. So we left,they were to call when done. Took another week and a half. They did deliver it. We opened the new awning and it was the ugliest green I have ever seen. So We called Randy. He made a remark about us demanding all this. We did not demand anything until after we were told it would be done and wasn't. Finally got it all taken care of. NOW we have no license plate because some how it was lost when sent to our county treasurer. Of course our treasurer is being blamed for losing it. So still waiting for plate.
