I usually don't mind getting a pedicure here. Yesterday the woman hurt my foot terribly. She didn't ask how I would have liked my nails before she went hacking pieces of me off. After about 15 minutes in the chair I could smell a mildew smell. Yuck, huh? She washed her tools in my foot water while my feet were still in the water (i promptly removed them and had to ask her to rinse my feet off) It was really just an awful experience. Not ever going back. Ever!

1st time customer, was in and out in bout an hour. Happy with the service and staff.
I will admit they were busy but the guy at the front was extremely rude and didn't apologize once. Horrible customer service!
