Called and made appt and they tried getting me to come in later because they were short handed. When I called and made the appt, I scheduled my daughter too and when I got there she wasn't included. My highlights are darker on top then the bottom half of my hair and I looked like a fuzz ball when it was done. I only had a short amount of time to try to fix it before wedding photos.Then get dirty looks for a small tip when I wasn't fully satisfied and not treated with attention that should have been given. I'm sorry they were short staffed but that is not my fault. I will not be returning but I doubt they will care. Worst salon experience I've had in a long time.
My layers were choppy and my hair is half an inch longer on one side... Not impressed.

Said the wait would be 25 minutes was over and hour. Talked about her personal life and said she hated he job and he boss did the scheduling wrong and shouldn't make her open alone.
I just had my 2 boys in there, 8 and 2 years old. Both ladies did an amazing job! They both made sure we were happy with the cut and were very friendly. I wish I would have gotten their names! We were there July 11th at 12:30.
