Customer service is awesome, they always take the extra step to make sure you know how to use your phone and take the time to work with you when you get a new device.

Poor customer service; Every time something is wrong the excuse of the store is that we aren't a corporate store so they cant fix anything. Always willing to take my money when it is time to upgrade, but cant help me out when there is an issue.
Verizon is great if you use them but if you ever want to leave them at can be a major procedure they told me I have to pay $50 just for an unlock code to use my phone my brand new one
