This park was just sold to a company out of Texas. The park needs a lot of repairs including the drive way and there are no handicapped sidewalks. The majority of people that live there are seniors and or handicapped. Lot rent is on the rise and no repairs being made.
The pot holes here will pop your tires and tear up your under carriage of your vehicle, given the money money you spend on rent here they should at lease be willing to fill them.
The manager on site was very friendly quick to respond back to phone calls, was very happy to answer questions and the lots looked cleaned
