This place is disgusting. Just ordered a spicy chicken and they did not wear gloves while cooking or assembling the sandwich. Will never return. Used to love hardees but after this there is no way i will ever willing spend my hard earned money here. The time is 5:31 p.m
I think Hardees in Ottumwa could learn a lot from the Hardees in Albia. Poor service, not what I ordered and a few customers waiting in parking lot for food and some bringing food back inside. I will stick with Albia Hardees even though I don't live there.
I LOVE their food, better than any other fast food place. It has friendly and fast service.
Night shift can never get an order right! Their food served is ALWAYS poor quality, customers skills suck. I think for the prices we pay would & should get a heck of alot better quality of food and service! I would rate the at the poorest quality that you could give them!
Day shift ALWAYS has fresh hot food, made correctly and served quickly! I give them a 5
There is a HUGE difference between the shifts, I don't quite understand why that is!!
