I just had a package delivered. Driver went out of his way to deliver package before time ran out for the day. Extremely professional and courtious. Very happy to use and reccomend UPS.
They CANNOT deliver anything before 6pm EVER! Seriously wish places that we order online from would use FedEx, they never have a problem getting packages to us before bedtime.

There was some miscommunication from the corporate office about when a package could be picked up, since I was unable to be home to sign. I called the Ottumwa office to verify the pick up time, and was informed that the customer service desk would be closed. Mark and Kevin from the Ottumwa office went out of their way to make sure I could receive my package the day it was to be delivered. Thank you so much! Great customer service!
Knew package was coming sometime during afternoon. Waited by window of front door only to watch UPS truck drive past the house without stopping. Went to check the tracking number and it said Delivery Attempted. Thanks a lot UPS
