A very nice place for a family movie night! The food is a bit expensive but the $5 tickets on Tuesdays is a great offer. The popcorn and drinks are so good! And most of the time the seats are clean and area for the next movie! Let's go CEC - Ottumwa 8!
Saw Star Was: The Last Jedi in 3D. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. The theatre is comfortable and clean. The employees are helpful.

The last two times we have went there we can't really watch the movie. Talk about disrespectful people. I'm not talking about just kids even the adults. There is a room full of people trying to watch a movie and you have those who are either one their phones nonstop or talking through the whole thing. If you don't want to watch the movie then stay home. I didn't pay to listen to you guys talk
Always clean and comfortable with a good variety of new movies. Have went to several midnight, and 7 pm early releases. Appreciated it when they let us go inside 3 hours early for the last 2 Star Wars openings also!
