Owners manage to hire nice people, front counter AND delivery, which is almost as important as the food ... But not quite. I used to dislike Domino's food, but either the new and improved recipe really is better OR Ottumwa Domino's does it better than any other Domino's.
Food was hot, quick, and the service was good. They greeted me seven I came in the door, and had the order done correctly.
Personal suggestion: Pepperoni, sausage, and green pepper (with optional pineapple) on thin crust.
Domino's has really distinguished itself from the other national pizza chains. Their changes over the last 2 years have been great. The new garlic crust is good. The thin crust had no decline in quality through the changes. The jalapeno bacon cheese bread is great. The new sausage is better than the old in my opinion, but I did prefer the old beef to the new variety. The last items that need a revision is the desserts. The cinnisticks sometimes being tough and the chocolate cake being very very heavy.
Never disappoints. Good pizza and fast delivery! Ottumwa's go to pizza place
