They're very understanding and help me make sure that i can get my billed paid on time if something were to come up...they take the time to listen to my problem and try to find a solution for it overall very good customer service!
My family has rented from aarons a few times before, and we've had some good experiences, and bad experiences. My Grandmother recently got some stuff from them, now we don't have much and sometimes we miss payments, this month has been a terrible month for my family and we've barely had any money left over (after bills). Today my grandma got a call saying that if we didn't pay the bill by the end of the day that our stuff would be taken back, she told them we would pay them when she got paid on the 2nd. They said they wouldn't except it, so we've told them when we'll have their money but won't accept it??????? If you want to get furniture go to RAC, Slumberland, or Mcgreggors
