He is professional, hard-working, punctual, and his timely services were cost-efficient. Mr. Celania should be the first electrician one calls when seeking proficient electrical services in Southeast Iowa.
He's very slow, constantly whines about having no money so expects to get paid when he shows up regardless of the work gets done or not.
We had to have a new service (meter and box) installed in our house. Bob and the crew did a good job and his price was very reasonable considering the scale of the job and the problem solving required to complete part of the job. He was recommended to us and we would recommend him too.
