Very pleased. I received the most comprehensive set of X-Rays that I have ever had done. Shelly was very friendly and kept me informed as to exactly what would be happening and in what order. Everyone had a smile and ensured I was satisfied during each step of the process. Instead of just doing things they explained what they were doing and why. I was told the parameters of the test for gum disease before the test, and had specific problems pointed out on my X-Rays when the doctor did a "checkup" exam.
Called the customer service number with wisdom tooth pain, they were able to get me in that same day. The staff was wonderful and accommodating to my two small children. Overall a great experience.
Everyone was very pleasant. I heard the Dentist even tell the assistant she had done a good job.
Dentist was arrogant. Asked why I had waited so long after initial visit to schedule an appointment to have my filling replaced. Was rough when checking my teeth, then refused to do the work as I had not had a cleaning within the last six months. The appointment was scheduled six weeks out from initial appointment due to their schedule being full. They also called me two days before this appointment asking me to reschedule four weeks further out. I refused and they worked me in. Dentist made comments about the previous dentist who had worked there, whom I had only met one time. Will not go back here.
