The rep. Stayed an hour after close to help get me in a vehicle. Best customer service I have seen in a long time!
I had to get a rental for about 2 weeks the lady in Ottumwa IA was very rude. First off as soon as we walked into the door she was on the phone rolling her eyes and making hand gestures for them to stop talking to her, when she got off the phone she hung up very abruptly and said "ugh all I can say is Fairfield." She was very unprofessional talking to my husband and I and talked to us like we were good friends like "what car do you want?" I was told if have a 50 dollar deposit and when we checked our bank statement about 20 minutes later they took 65 dollars from us. I went to drop the car off at 830 because they open at 8 in the morning, driving an hour one way for them to not even be there. I left a VERY IMPORTANT picture of my husband and I in the car and called to see if they had it she said she didnt find it but she would ask the detail people. I never heard from her and I won't be getting the picture back. VERY RUDE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I WILL WALK OR BORROW FAMILY CARS. ITS NOT WORTH IT.
The Ottumwa Enterprise location is such a great place to do business with. Allison always has a smile on her face and goes the extra mile to make sure the customers are taken care of. Look forward to many more years of service from Enterprise and their great staff.
Omfg. Initially told around $400. Went to get car the day before we had to leave and was told it would be $800! The car was awesome! Enterprise as a company is not so awesome. Will not use them again or recommending them to anyone else!
This location is in dire need of additional staff on Saturdays. If you reserve here expect to sit and wait for 20+ minutes. The staff have all been friendly, but the wait in office or on phone is simply unacceptable. Management NEEDS to add an additional rep on Saturdays.
